Returns Policy



Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days or more have passed since you received the order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, please accept delivery of the item and contact us with your order number and the item you want. want to return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item which is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Underwear and tights are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method original payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit- gift of equal value to your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
