Returns Policy

We hope you like what you ordered! Mbut if this is not the case, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused items and in the condition they were delivered, for a refund. LItems must be returned within 14 days of delivery date to be considered. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. In the event of a return, any discount or coupon applied is lost and cannot be reused. LSale items are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to return them for refund or exchange, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so.

Please submit your return request via our chat support function available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET.
NOTE: Lreturns must not be returned directly without prior agreement, they will be refused.

Our returns department responds within 48 hours (except weekends) and will cordially assist you with additional information and advice to facilitate the returns process.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for a return or exchange. Unless the return is due to an error (wrong style, wrong size, damage to merchandise, etc.), transportation is the responsibility of mapenderievintage.com and the shipping costs the customer paid upon return order are not refundable.

Please pack and ship the returned items to our warehouse in France, Spain or the United States based on the acceptance email you received from customer service.

  • How long do I have to make a return ?

You have 14 days from the date your order was marked as delivered to contact us. This means that if more than 14 days have passed and you contact us, we will unfortunately have to refuse the return, which will deprive you of your right to receive a refund or exchange.

  • Once the return is approved, how long do I have to ship it ?

Once you have received instructions and approval from our returns department, be sure to ship the return within 7 business days. If the return is shipped outside of the 14 day period after delivery, you may lose your right to a refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be unworn and in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached where applicable. LGarments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.

  1. Please contact us through our online support before returning the item for a refund. We do not accept returned items that you sent directly to us without first consulting our customer service team.

  2. Le return for refund only includes the payment amount for the item(s).Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  3. Litems marked as being on sale or promotion will only be accepted for an exchange and not for a refund.

  4. LThe customer is responsible for returning items and shipping costs.

  5. Lswimwear, underwear, tights, earrings and headpieces that attach to the head are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons (in some cases, a credit note can be issued if the return can be accepted).

  6. Lorders sent to incorrect addresses, incomplete or not collected at the collection point after timely notification will not be refunded.

  7. Please accept delivery of the item and contact us indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.


REMSCHOLARSHIPMENT

Your refund will be made within 3 to 6 weeks from the date of deposit of the returned item. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the package. Lrefunds will always be made via the original payment method.

* Please allow an additional 7 days to process returned items due to high processing volume in the warehouse.

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of processing your return or receiving cancellation confirmation. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be effective on your account.

If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to PayPal, Klarna or your chosen online payment method within 7 working days once that your return has been successfully processed or that you have received cancellation confirmation. Please contact online payment providers if you have any questions about when the refund will be effective in your account.

If you paid by gift card, refunds will be made to the same gift card.

If your order was purchased using store credits offered following a previous return, the order is not eligible for refund.
