Returns Policy

We hope you like what you ordered! But if not, we accept returns of items that are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in the condition they were delivered, for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date to be considered. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of a return, any applied discount or coupon is forfeited and cannot be reused. Sale items are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to return them for a refund or an exchange, you have 14 days from the date of delivery.

NOTE: Returns should not be sent directly without prior agreement, they will be refused.

Our returns department responds within 48 hours (except weekends) and will cordially assist you with additional information and advice to facilitate the return process.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for a return or exchange. Unless the return is due to an error (wrong style, wrong size, damage to merchandise, etc.), transport is the responsibility of mapenderievintage.com and shipping charges that the customer paid when ordering are non-refundable.

Please package and ship the returned items to our warehouse in France, Spain or the United States based on the acceptance email you received from customer service.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date your order was marked as delivered to contact us. This means that if more than 14 days have passed and you contact us, unfortunately we will have to refuse the return, which will forfeit your right to receive a refund or exchange.

Once the return is approved, how long do I have to ship it?

Once you have received instructions and approval from our returns department, be sure to dispatch the return within 7 business days. If the return is dispatched outside the 14 day period after delivery, you risk losing your right to a refund.

Return conditions

All items must be unworn and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags attached, if applicable. Clothing that appears to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for a refund.

  1. Please contact us before returning the item to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that you have sent directly without first consulting our customer service.
  2. Return for refund only includes the payment amount of the item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Items marked as sale or promotion will only be accepted for exchange and not for refund.
  4. Customer is responsible for returning items and shipping costs.
  5. Underwear and tights are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons.
  6. Orders sent to incorrect addresses, incomplete or not collected at the collection point after timely notification will not be refunded.
  7. Please accept delivery of the item and contact us quoting your order number and the item you wish to return.


Your refund will be issued within 3-6 weeks from the date the returned item was dropped off. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the package. Refunds will always be made via the original payment method.

* Please allow an additional 7 days for processing of returned items due to high volume of warehouse processing.

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of your return being processed or a cancellation confirmation being received. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be effective on your account.

If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to PayPal, Klarna or your chosen online payment method within 7 business days once that your return has been successfully processed or that you have received a cancellation confirmation. Please contact the online payment providers if you have questions about when the refund will be effective in your account.

If you paid by gift card, refunds will be made to that same gift card.

If your order was purchased using store credits offered as a result of a prior return, the order is not eligible for a refund.
